For performing the repairs on your laptop, it must first reach our service. How is this possible? One choice would be to deliver it personally to one of our locations. A much easier and more comfortable choice would be to have it delivered via fast courier services. The transportation costs will be charged to you and will be visible immediately after registering your laptop on our site.
As soon as your account is registered, after you login and input the billing data and the info regarding your laptop into our system, along with your delivery address, the costs for transportation to the location you've specified will be automatically displayed.
After expressing your consent regarding the expedition of your hardware, all you need to do is wait for the courier to come to your location.
Packaging your laptop
Packaging your laptop is a very important stage, as your laptop's integrity depends on how this is done. We're offering you instructions on how the packaging should be correctly performed below:
- if possible, use the laptop's original packaging (it is especially built for protecting the notebook during transportation);
- if you don't have the original packaging anymore, use a cardboard box that will fit the laptop you're sending to us and its charger;
- be careful not to place anything on top of the display, you should always place the charger or other accessories that you want to send to us near the laptop, not on top of it.
To conclude, there are only three simple things you need to do: register, order transportation, packaging (it just took about 10 minutes to do them), count the transportation money (you know exactly how much) and wait for the courier.
