After admitting the laptop in our service, whenever the laptop goes through an important stage of the repairs process you will automatically be notified via e-mail or SMS.

In case you will contact us via phone or e-mal, please mention the number of your service chart (for instance FS7277) in order for us to be able to swiftly identify your laptop.
In case that, while registering or delivering your laptop, you’ve omitted reporting some faults or some details on how the declared faults had appeared, please send us a comment or notification in order to decrease the duration of the repairs.
This can be done online by logging in to your account, or by sending an SMS (normal charge) to +40771715531, that should start with the service chart’s number (e.g. "DS3462 Please complete the repairs on our laptop by Thursday 21.07.2010 at 17:00").
These comments and notices will appear directly on our service technician work chart and will be considered immediately during the repairs.
